Engel & Völkers Celebrates Grand Opening of Denver Front Range

Engel & Völkers, a European-based premium real estate brand, celebrated the grand opening of its first Denver shop with an exclusive ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration. The event was hosted at the newly designed Denver Front Range storefront, located at 19751 East Main Street, Suite 9 in Parker, Colorado, and was attended by over 200 notable guests from around the country.

The event began with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by top Engel & Völkers representatives. Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a cocktail hour featuring speeches from Steve deGuzman, principal broker and License Partner of Engel & Völkers Denver Front Range, Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America, and representatives from the Special Olympics. Following the grand opening celebration, guests attended the opening night of the 10th Annual Parker Oktoberfest, of which Engel & Völkers was the presenting sponsor.

Notable guests included distinguished mayor of Parker, Mike Waid; deGuzman and Brown Windle, owner of Engel & Völkers Denver Front Range; and representatives of Special Olympics, cause marketing partner of Engel & Völkers North America.

“The grand opening of Engel & Völkers Denver Front Range celebrates a valuable addition to our international network of shops and our growing presence in North America,” said Hitt. “Brown and Steve will continue to successfully lead our brand in the dynamic Denver marketplace, and I am proud to share this event with them, their guests and with our partners, Special Olympics.” Situated in Parker, Engel & Völkers Denver Front Range will offer leading services for both buyers and sellers of exclusive properties in the Denver Metro, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, Parker, Lone Tree, Castle Rock and Highlands Ranch. “As Denver continues to become one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the United States, Engel & Völkers’ renowned level of service and connected global network will best serve the comprehensive real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the area,” said deGuzman.
